Are you a teacher, fire fighter/rescue personnel, law enforcement or nurse? Yes, I founded the Housing All Teachers (H.A.T.) and Housing Essential Personnel (H.E.P.) programs for you. Theses programs will save you time and money plus they are designed to meet your lifestyle, financial goals and time schedule. I can assist you with buying your first home, or selling your current home and moving to another more suitable for your current circumstance.

I also have expertise working with couples who are disolving their legal union and need to sell their home to satisfy their property settlement. I am succesful at helping people in stressful situations find common interests so they can work together to complete this sale of their home. If there are disagreements about scheduling repairs, inspections, appraisals, etc. between the sellers, I will help.
