Uniting my Virginia real estate license with RE/MAX since '98 and VA Supreme Court Mediation Certification along with expert negotiation skills uniquely make my real estate practice a great fit for your real estate needs. Analytical skills are a must to match your needs and goals with the best available options. My goal is to help you find your dream home or sell your current home to find your next dream home.

As a Doctoral Candidate with an emphasis on collaboration, mediation and negotiation, I will facilitate your real estate transaction. I successfully have helped couples who are divorcing and need to sell the marital home. As a court certified mediator I understand your needs for confidentiality, empathy and am willing to meet with you separately but work together to get the home sold. I also am familiar with the court's requests.  Educating my clients is important to me and eagerly share pertinent information and reducing your stress. 

Anything to do with homes-buying or selling is stressful, I  am adept at helping people under stress. By listening, being compassionate and patient, I am able to help people achieve their goals.

I have been married for over 32 years. The military runs through our veins. We have 2 adult children and live in the Northern Virginia area with a escape home in the Northern Neck. I love animals (father was a veternarian for domestic and exotic animals-zoo), sailing, sewing, and gardening.
